Send us your iPod and we will lovingly diagnose the problem for free.  You'll get a diagnosis 24 hours after we receive it.  Choose to authorize our onsite Doctors to heal it or decline repair with no obligation...and remember, our high quality parts are always available for you to self install at home.

PLEASE NOTE: THE RESTORE DOCTORS WILL NO LONGER REPAIR 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Gen NANO'S or iPod Touches ONSITE.  WE HAVE NOT FOUND THIS TO BE COST EFFECTIVE FOR THE MAJORITY OF OUR CUSTOMERS.  For those few models, please feel free to order our high quality parts for self installation.
