High Protein Diet

proteinsbsI have been looking through my iPhone for a bunch of different options to building muscle and cutting fat, fast. The best website I found was Men’s Health, which I thought about because it is a magazine that I normally read on my own time. Basically, I want to take my fitness to the next level and start bulking up, while slimming down. I also read that the only thing that is holding you back from a six pack is the fact that there is a layer of fat over your abs. So that means that I really do have a six pack right now, you just can’t see it yet!

So what I decided to do is totally cut carbs out of my diet after 4 PM, which is a lot harder than you think. I am used to eating a lot of healthy carbs at night for dinner cooked by my girlfriend, so now we have to avoid brown rice, whole wheat bread, and even sweet potatoes, which are all healthy options. The point is that it is better to avoid these items after 4 PM and only have lean proteins and vegetables, so I’m hoping to see great results!
