1. Gently pry open the front cover from the back panel. This can be a bit tricky, so don't get discouraged. |

|
2. Separate the two halves and disconnect the headphone jack from the main board. |
|
|
4. Lift the harddrive off of the main board and gently pull out the harddrive cable. |
|
|
5. Disconnect the battery and harddrive cables. |
|
|
6. Unscrew the torx screws holding the main board to the front panel. |
|
|
7. Disconnect the clickwheel cable. |
|
|
8. Remove the main board and disconnect the LCD screen cable. |
|
| Perform the steps in revers order to reassemble. |
