1.  Gently pry open the front cover from the back panel.  This can be a bit tricky, so don't get discouraged.

2.  Separate the two halves and disconnect the headphone jack from the main board.

4.  Lift the harddrive off of the main board and gently pull out the harddrive cable.

5.  Disconnect the battery and harddrive cables.

6.  Unscrew the torx screws holding the main board to the front panel.

7.  Disconnect the clickwheel cable.

8.  Remove the main board and disconnect the LCD screen cable.
